Terms of Service for Pup Stinkers Poop Removal Services

• Pup Stinkers is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we”
  or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and
  commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.
  
  The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
  weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.

• Scope of Service: This service includes the removal of pet waste from client yards as per the agreed schedule. Services exclude any additional landscaping, yard maintenance, or pet care activities unless specifically stated.

• Waste Disposal: To keep our services affordable, we place collected pet waste securely in the customer’s designated trash receptacle after each visit. We do not remove waste from the premises. This approach helps minimize costs for all clients while ensuring efficient waste disposal.

• Payment: Pup Stinkers pre-bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service
  immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since
  your last clean-up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service
  for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be
  removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has
  been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more that 30
  days late Pup Stinkers will turn your account over to collections.

• Leaves, Debris and Tall Grass: We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive
  amounts that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at info@pupstinkers.com

• Liability: We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other properties due to the nature of the service. Services are provided “as-is,” and we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from service use.

• Termination: Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days of the termination date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Inclement Weather Policy: Hazardous weather may delay scheduled cleanups. In such cases, we will reschedule service at the earliest safe opportunity.

• Temporary Service Holds: If pets will not be using the yard (e.g., during vacations or illness), clients must notify us in advance to avoid unnecessary charges.

• Fees and Promotions: Service fees and promotions are subject to change. Clients will be given at least two (2) weeks' notice of any fee adjustments.

• Access and Safety Requirements: Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the yard on service days. In cases where access is blocked, the regular fee for that visit will still apply. If the customer requests to come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

• Client Information Privacy: Any client information collected is used solely for scheduling and service provision. We respect your privacy and ensure the secure handling of all personal information.

• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
